Seeing as this is a first meet of a new year and a first time new site, it
only seems fitting to honor as a theme of “My First Outboard!” Whether you
still have your “First Outboard” or have found a replacement, bring it and
your stories about your “First Outboard” and those experiences. There will also be a, “How
Slow Can You Go” event with a LeMans start from the dock, and a crankshaft
throw. We will need help with pit crews as we will have the participants
start from the dock by rope. Once everyone is ready the flag will drop and
the crews will let go of the rope and the event begins. Last one past the buoy
wins. Awards for “My First Outboard” and winner of “How Slow Can You Go.”
